Richard

Hi everyone, I’m Richard, Head of Digital Marketing at Frontier.

My responsibilities include overseeing the Digital Marketing strategy and implementation of this across all of our titles, with the objective of increasing sales and revenue for the business. I also oversee reporting and analysis of digital campaign performance and increasing the overall profitability of our games through digital marketing.

Digital marketing is an incredibly diverse area to work in and I love that no two days are the same.

George

Good to meet you - I’m George, a Paid Social Media Manager within the Digital Team at Frontier.

I plan and execute various digital campaigns across our titles with the goal of getting them in front of the right audiences to generate awareness and sales.

Gavin

Hi there, I'm one of three Technical Audio Designers and part of the larger Audio Code team. It's a very broad role and hard to specify exactly what it entails, though a lot of the work involves profiling, testing and optimisation. We often work cross-project filling the gaps between the Audio Design and Audio Code creating, maintaining and optimising systems, mainly using the audio middleware Wwise.

Dylan

Hello! I’m Dylan and I’m a Senior Sound Designer in the Audio team we have here at Frontier. My role involves creating and implementing sound effects for our games using a variety of different tools and creative processes. I first joined the company in 2017 and have been lucky to work on Elite Dangerous, Jurassic World Evolution and its sequel, Jurassic World Evolution 2.

India

Hello! My name is India, I'm a Senior Artist and current Project Lead for the Character Art on Planet Zoo. I've been on this project since the very beginning – it's been an amazing experience to watch it grow and evolve as we've learnt better ways of doing things. My team and I are responsible for creating all of the cute animals you see in-game, and working closely with the amazing people in rigging and animation to ensure we can capture the personality and behaviour that these animals are known for.

Nikolay

Heya, I’m Niki. I joined Frontier in November 2020 as a Full Material Artist, working in the Material Department. I first started on Jurassic World Evolution 2, where I was responsible for making procedural materials to help bring colour and detail into this iconic franchise.  I was then moved on to help with the F1 title project. This is a really ambitious project and I am really keen to help make it look amazing.

Carla

Hi, I'm Carla and I’m a Rigger at Frontier. I work as part of a small team of riggers that create each of the rigs (skeletons/controls/deformations) for each of the characters and creatures across Frontier's game portfolio. My role involves the creation of rigs, writing scripts to automate our pipeline, and working closely with the animation team to provide rigs or tools that are as user friendly as possible.

John

Hi there! I'm John, and I work as an Animation Programmer at Frontier. That means I work closely with our team of animators and riggers to help turn what they create into what you see in the finished game – whether that's through maintaining our core animation pipeline, or creating new procedural animation technology to help adapt animations for different game situations.

UI

Our UI (User Interface) Team is an integral part of Frontier. We work with all aspects of our games to make sure our players get the thrilling, authentic experiences in every release and DLC. Our team consists of talented UI Designers, UI Developers and UI Artists. Within UI we are striving to deliver and create intuitive and responsive experiences, which connect our players in sophisticated and engaging ways throughout our rich and diverse gaming portfolio.

Programming

We have a big team of programmers, with collective expertise in every aspect of game development. Our programmers are given challenging tasks that stretch skillsets, and build experience, offering them the opportunity to become recognised as an expert to whom other programmers turn for help and advice.
