Publishing
Our publishing team is responsible for bringing our incredible games to market. Being part of the Publishing team means you could be working in Product Marketing, Community Management, Digital Marketing, Commercial, Influencer relations, or PR. You would be helping to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for Frontier IP titles as well as working with major external licence holders such as Universal, Formula 1, or Warhammer. Across our team, we engage with and develop content for our passionate communities of players across the world.

We also realise that family and work life balance are very important and as such, we offer an employee assistance programme and we invest in wellbeing activities and host an annual distance challenge to get people motivated to move.
Holidays
From your first day here at Frontier, you are entitled to 25 days of paid holiday per annum, plus public holidays. Your holiday allowance will increase by 1 day for every 2 years of service, to a maximum of 31 days. On top of this, you also have the option to carry over or sell 5 days, if you have any remaining holiday allowance at the end of each year.
Social Events
We arrange regular social events, ranging from our Studio Socials which celebrate our game launches, to our Summer and Winter Parties to give everyone in the company an opportunity to get together. We also hold Virtual Socials to give everyone the opportunity to join in the fun!
Critical Illness Insurance
Critical Illness Insurance provides a lump sum benefit should you suffer a specified serious illness. You can select units of £25,000 worth of cover, up to a maximum of the lower of: five times your salary, or £250,000. Cover is automatically provided for any natural or legally adopted children of a member whom is at least 30 days old but under the age of 18.
