Lehmanns pijlgifkikker (of Oophaga lehmanni) is een amfibieënsoort die van nature alleen voorkomt in de Colombiaanse regenwouden van de Anchicaya-vallei. De kikker leeft het liefst op de grond van het woud, maar is soms ook te vinden op lage takken en in struiken. Hij heeft een opvallend uiterlijk met zijn brede, donkerbruine tot zwarte strepen op de rug, kop en poten. Daartussen heeft hij felgekleurde rode, gele of oranje stroken. De kikkers zijn gemiddeld 31 tot 36 mm lang als ze volgroeid zijn.
