レッサーアンティルイグアナ (Iguana delicatissima) は、カリブ海の小アンティル諸島 (アンギラ島、グアドループ島、マルティニーク、ドミニカ) 固有の大型のトカゲである。生息地の減少、野生動物による捕食、外来種であるグリーンイグアナとの交配により、絶滅寸前の種である。灰色の体に腹部が緑色で、ゴツゴツ顔で顎の周囲が白い鱗に覆われている。オスには目の周囲にピンクと青い鱗があるが、メスはこの鱗がなく、大きさもオスの約 3 分の 2 である。
