La rana velenosa di Lehmann (o Oophaga lehmanni) è una specie di anfibio originaria delle foreste pluviali colombiane della valle del Cauca ad Anchicaya e non si trova in nessun'altra parte del mondo. Questa rana preferisce vivere a terra, ma si può trovare anche su rami bassi e cespugli. Ha delle strisce caratteristiche di colori che variano dal marrone scuro al nero sul dorso, sulla testa e sulle zampe. Tra queste strisce si possono trovare delle righe dai colori molto vivaci come rosso, giallo e arancione. Questa rane da adulte misurano tra 31 e 36 millimetri.
