George

I am a QA Project Lead working in the QA Team. Over my time here, I have been able to work on a wide range of projects, each with their own special requirements. My role involves coordinating our test plans to ensure all game features work together by themselves and alongside other features, assisting other disciplines, and organising team priorities, all of which goes into making our games as high quality as possible.

Laura

Nice to meet you! I’m Laura, one of three QA Managers at Frontier. I assist our various QA teams, ensuring they have everything they need to work effectively, whilst keeping processes consistent between teams - amongst other things. I’m also heavily involved in our recruitment and have had the pleasure of helping grow our QA Team throughout the years.

James

Hey, I’m James. I’m a Senior Gameplay Programmer and currently Lead on Planet Zoo. My day-to-day role involves managing and supporting all the game features on a project, and collaborating with every other department to make sure things work as expected! I help the Programming Team to implement and maintain features on games, I also interview and train new programmers on the project.

Katherine

Hi! I'm Katherine and I'm a Principal Programmer on Frontier's in-house engine. I work on various aspects of engine coding, focussing on supporting new console platforms, and on feature requests from our game teams. I also help mentor new programmers who are starting at Frontier.

Orcun

Hi, I'm Orcun, one of the Game Producers at Frontier. Game production is one of the most non-linear roles in the industry, with the singular abstract goal of delivering a good, successful game! While this includes scheduling, task housekeeping, and communicating plans and goals to the wider team, in truth this is only a very small part of production.

Sam

Hi! I’m Sam, a Producer, and part of Frontier’s Production Team. My focus is to work closely with people across the team to co-ordinate and schedule areas of work required for the project, and help remove any obstacles that might arise during this time. I get to work with awesome people every day, facilitating communication project-wide, ensuring that everyone is able to focus without blockers, as well as tracking and prioritising issues as needed.

Amy

I am an HR Advisor and I have been working at Frontier since 2018. Our HR team is made up of two streams, and we each support an area of the business. In our stream I work alongside an HR Assistant, and report into a HR Business Partner. Together we support some of the following teams; Programming, IT, Online, Customer Support, Publishing and Commercial – to name a few. My role is to predominately support these teams with any people-related queries, alongside working on a number of HR related projects.

Tamara

Hi! I am the Head of Localisation at Frontier. I manage our ever-growing Localisation Team, and oversee the localisation of all the games we publish – whether they are developed internally or by our external partners. My team also helps to develop marketing assets, and practically everything to support our global releases!

Samantha

Hey everyone! I’m Samantha, and I’m a Narrative Designer. I work as part of the Game Design Team, where I own and manage the narrative decisions in the game. This can be anything from the tone of voice, formatting, and UI copy of the game, to designing the narrative system of a game aspect. In my role, I work very closely with the game designers, often pairing with them on design work that has a heavy narrative element, and also the audio team.

Graham

Hi, I’m Graham, a Senior Game Designer at Frontier. My role primarily focuses on taking the core aims and goals of the project, set by the creative director, and turning those into literal systems and mechanics for the player. I also personally have a heavy emphasis towards the technical side of design; working with code to prototype early concepts and mechanics, as well as helping to design back-end systems that offer more freedom and flexibility to other members of the team during development.
