捻角山羊 (Capra falconeri) 是一種棲息於中亞的大型山羊，又名螺角山羊。牠們的體型矮壯，有著結實的圓桶狀身體，能利用腳上的偶蹄攀爬陡峭的山地和懸崖。牠們身上覆蓋著厚厚的皮毛，雄性呈灰褐色，雌性則為更鮮豔的淺棕色。捻角山羊的脊椎處有一道黑色的原始條紋，腿和臉則帶有暗色的斑紋。雄羊整個脖子都長著蓬亂的鬍鬚，不論雄雌都生有一對粗大的捲曲羊角，但雄羊的角明顯較長。此外，雄羊的體型和體重都明顯較大，肩高為 0.95 公尺到 1.15 公尺，體重最高可達 110 公斤，雌羊的肩高則為 75 公分到 90 公分，體重約為 40 公斤。
