非洲巨蛙 (Conraua goliath) 是生长于非洲喀麦隆和赤道几内亚雨林地区的超大型蛙类，尤其会出没在湍急的河流中。它们的体色从绿色到深棕色都有，腹部的颜色较淡，长有大大的黄色眼睛，外皮有时候有突起的小疙瘩。雄蛙的体型比雌蛙大，体重介于 0.6 至 3 公斤之间，身长约 17 至 30 厘米。非洲巨蛙因为被人类作为食物、狩猎战利品和宠物而遭过度猎捕，当前被列为濒危物种。
