捻角山羊 (Capra falconeri) 是一种栖息于中亚的大型山羊，又名螺角山羊。它们的体型矮壮，有着结实的圆桶状身体，能利用脚上的偶蹄攀爬陡峭的山地和悬崖。它们身上覆盖着厚厚的皮毛，雄性呈灰褐色，雌性则为更鲜艳的浅棕色。捻角山羊的脊椎处有一道黑色的原始条纹，腿和脸则带有暗色的斑纹。雄羊整个脖子都长着蓬乱的胡须，不论雄雌都生有一对粗大的卷曲羊角，但雄羊的角明显较长。此外，雄羊的体型和体重都明显较大，肩高为 0.95 米到 1.15 米，体重最高可达 110 公斤，雌羊的肩高则为 75 厘米到 90 厘米，体重约为 40 公斤。
