Дровосек-титан (Titanus giganteus) — чрезвычайно крупный вид жуков, обитающий в тропических лесах Южной Америки. У него крупный живот красновато-коричневого цвета, чёрные ноги, усики и грудь, а также светлые с коричневыми прожилками крылья. Массивные челюсти этого жука способны разгрызать ветки. Только самцы этого вида могут летать, хотя крылья есть и у самок. Как и многим животным тропических лесов, дровосеку-титану угрожает непрекращающееся уничтожение его среды обитания.
