O carneiro-de-dall (Ovis dalli) é uma espécie de carneiro selvagem que habita as pradarias montanhosas do Alasca (EUA), de Yukon e da Colúmbia Britânica (Canadá). Esses animais têm coloração variante entre branco e castanho claro, com chifres castanho-amarelados, e apresentam dimorfismo sexual: os machos são consideravelmente maiores que as fêmeas e têm chifres mais grossos e curvados. Os machos medem de 1,3 a 1,8 m de comprimento e pesam entre 73 e 113 kg, ao passo que as fêmeas medem entre 1,3 e 1,6 m e pesam entre 46 e 50 kg.
