O lagarto-de-língua-azul, ou escinco-de-língua-azul, é uma espécie de réptil que vive nos bosques, cerrados e regiões semidesérticas da Austrália. São animais largos e atarracados, com cabeça triangular e cauda grossa. A espécie tem diversas colorações, mas tipicamente apresenta escamas marrons, bege e pretas, dispostas em um padrão listrado. Como o nome deixa claro, o lagarto também é conhecido pela língua azul-clara. Na fase adulta, ele pode chegar a medir entre 45 e 60 cm de comprimento.
