앤틸리스이구아나(Iguana delicatissima)는 카리브해의 소앤틸리스 열도, 특히 앙귈라, 과들루프, 마르티니크, 도미니카 섬에 자생하는 큰 도마뱀입니다. 그들은 멸종 위기에 처한 종으로, 서식지가 손실되고, 야생 동물에게 사냥당하고, 침입종인 녹색이구아나와 이종 교배가 이루어지고 있다는 문제가 있습니다. 앤틸리스이구아나는 회색 몸과 녹색 배, 짧고 뭉툭한 얼굴, 턱 주위의 흰색 비늘을 지녔습니다. 수컷은 턱 밑이 분홍색이고, 눈 주위에 파란색 비늘이 있는 반면, 암컷은 그러한 색이 없고 크기가 수컷의 약 2/3밖에 안 됩니다.
