F1® Manager 2023 - Update 1.6

Hello folks!

We are very pleased to announce that Update 1.6 for F1® Manager 23 is rolling out now to all platforms! This update brings more stability improvements as well as addressing many community raised issues AND the much anticipated Team Switching feature is now available in-game!

Take your legacy further than ever before by building your Team Principal Rating with every successful season and use your reputation to attract the attention of teams higher up the grid. Or, secure a fresh start in the paddock after a poor season with a team lower in the standings.

Saudi Arabian Grand Prix

Known for blistering speeds, the Jeddah Street Circuit runs across the waterfront of the Red Sea and is the second longest track in the 2023 F1® season. With consistent race conditions, Jeddah is unlikely to pack any surprises, but as the second race of the season this is your chance to set the pace.

Abu Dhabi Grand Prix

Marking the end of the 2023 F1® season, the Yas Marina Circuit may be the final shot for greatness. With lots of difficult corners and tight turns, there are plenty of opportunities for an upset if Team Principals are prepared to reach for victory. At Yas Marina, there is everything to prove and everything to lose.

Las Vegas Grand Prix

The upstart newcomer, Las Vegas makes its debut as an F1® circuit in the 2023 season, but don’t let its youth fool you – the circuit will not be a breeze. With flat-out straights and hairpin corners, all set against the dazzling lights of the Strip as a backdrop, Las Vegas is sure to reward Team Principals who are willing to gamble on victory.

Bahrain Grand Prix

Historic host of the first Grand Prix in the Middle East, the Bahrain International Circuit is the perfect track to kick off the 2023 F1® season. Escaping the desert heat with a night race, Bahrain is the first chance for Team Principals to make their mark on the coming season. Play it safe or push for greatness, the choice is in your hands.

F1® Manager 23 Drivers Guide

An introduction to finding, developing and managing drivers in F1® Manager 23.

You can spend years developing an F1® car capable of winning the Constructors’ Championship, but you won't get near the podium without a world-class driver to drive it. In F1® Manager 23, drivers are the heart of your team, and you need to spend time fostering their skills, building their confidence ahead of race day, and keeping their morale high if you want a chance to win the season.

F1® Manager 23 Setups Guide

Vehicle balance is the most significant factor in driver confidence and the best way to prepare your talent for race day.

Driver Confidence is a critical variable in F1® Manager 23’s races. When confidence is high, drivers will perform consistently lap after lap and take opportunities to overtake their opponents. When low, the risk of making a mistake increases, seeing them lock up on turns, shy away from attempting overtakes, and potentially even crash.
