Some guests will come to your park in a group and this information will be stored in their guest info-panel. It will tell you what kind of group they are in e.g. Teen Family, and this will allow you to quickly access the information of other guests in their group.
The kind of group a guest is in will affect their finances and tolerances of certain aspects of the park. For example, if your guest is part of a Family with Children, their tolerance for long queues and higher prices could be much lower.
Guest Preferences
While each guest will have the same set of Needs to fulfil, they will have their own set of Preferences that will influence their experience at your amazing park.
You can view these Guest Preferences in the Group Information section of their info-panel, and they can include dietary requirement, ride tolerances and even a favourite park theme. You won’t be able to please everyone, but variety is the spice of life so make sure you have plenty for your guests to choose from!
How To Be a Guest
Jump into a guest’s shoes and view the park through their eyes or switch to 1st person camera mode to wander around your park yourself!
There are two guest view options to choose from. Either select a specific guest whose viewpoint you want to see or walk around the park with the 1st person camera mode.
To enter the 1st person camera mode:
- Select the camera button in the lower right-hand corner of your screen.
- Toggle through to 1st Person Camera Mode.
- Move around your park as if you were a guest and explore your theme park just like they do!
To see your park from a specific guest’s viewpoint:
- Select the guest whose viewpoint you want to see.
- Below the individual guest info-panel, select the camera button.
- Experience the guest’s view as they explore and enjoy your theme park!
This point of view can be selected for all guests in your park and used on rides and flumes so you can experience the magic of your park too.
