Guest Thoughts are a fantastic way to get feedback on how your guests feel about anything and everything in your park.
As they walk around and interact with attractions, they will generate Thoughts on vendors, rides, mascots, their Needs and even the decorative theme you’ve chosen.
Viewing Guest Thoughts
If you want to know what a specific guest is thinking, then their five most recent thoughts are viewable in their individual info-panel. These thoughts can be positive, negative or neutral observations about your park, and might have an action you can take to improve them.
However, if you want an overview of your guest’s Thoughts you can see the Top Guests Thoughts in your Park Management menu. This will let you see recurring positive and negative thoughts, e.g. “too much litter”, and you can then decide what park-wide action you’d like to take.
Guest Thoughts are an excellent way to see what improvements need to be made in your theme park. For example, if a large number of guests have noticed rain, then it might be time to start selling umbrellas!
