Deliver Us Mars will be available on all platforms for a suggested retail price of £24.99/$29.99/€29.99, while the PC-only Deluxe Edition featuring the base game and the original soundtrack will be available for a suggested retail price of £29.99/$34.99/€34.99.
Players can pre-order any version of the game until launch and receive a 10% discount (on PlayStation® platforms, players must be subscribed to PlayStation® Plus to be eligible for the pre-order discount).
Is Deliver Us Mars the sequel to Deliver Us The Moon?
Yes, Deliver Us Mars is set 10 years after the events of Deliver Us The Moon, and features some of the same characters.
While it’s not a direct continuation of the same story, it’s set in the same universe and explores what happens next during a challenging time for humanity on planet Earth.
Will I be able to understand the story of Deliver Us Mars if I haven’t played Deliver Us The Moon?
Deliver Us Mars is designed to be a standalone story, and it can be enjoyed with or without playing Deliver Us The Moon first.
Fans of the first game, however, will be able to enjoy numerous references to the events of the previous part of the story.
How does Deliver Us Mars differ from Deliver Us The Moon?
Deliver Us Mars features a host of gameplay mechanics that are new to the series, like climbing, scuba diving, floating in zero-G and complex new puzzles to solve.
With a storyline brought to life by a fully performance captured cast, Deliver Us Mars is an ambitious sequel with an even deeper narrative to enjoy.
Players will also get to explore a much more varied array of environments this time. As for anything else, we’ll save the surprises for launch.
