Hi there! I'm Mike, and I'm the Head of Monetisation here at Frontier Developments. As part of the Commercial Team, my team and I help plan commercial strategy such as pre-order incentives, special editions and PDLC, as well as advising and assisting with our larger publishing agenda for our internal titles as well as Frontier Foundry projects.
Working at Frontier has been a life-changing experience. As a studio we've grown and evolved so much even in the relatively short span I've been here, and it's been a real honour to have been a part of that. I've never stopped learning, and I've been encouraged and mentored by great leaders and colleagues every step of the way. We win together and we learn together!
